Sadanand Pappu Lad was an Indian film producer and former member of the nationalist congress party. He predominantly worked as a producer in the Marathi movie industry. He produced Marathi films under L.G. Productions. He has worked on various films like Dhurpi, swami, zingat, escut, Mohabbat ki Jung, Dagabaaz Pandit, Jab Jab Khoon Pukare, Laadachi Chingi, Maazya Navranchi Girlfriend, Ek Cutting Chai by two and many other movies.
He also holds a Guinness world record for releasing 12 films as a producer on a single day. He was also a member of the nationalist congress party. At the age of 51, he committed suicide at Landancha Ganpati temple on MS Ali Road. A suicide note was also found by the police which stated the cause for his suicide was due to the harassment faced by him from a builder.
