Mangesh Bhimraj Jondhale, who mostly works in the Marathi film industry, is an executive producer, actor, and editor. He was raised in Sangamner, Maharashtra, India, where he was born. While he began his career as an editor for the news network Zee News Media. He graduated from the University of Pune with a "Master of Communication Studies" degree. At the Mahi Films Lab, he teaches film editing. He began his career as an executive producer on the Bhaurao Karhade-directed films Khwada (2015), Ghuma (2017), Premwari (2018), and Hyderabad Custody (2021).
Mangesh Jondhale, the honorary director for Mahi films, has ten years of film industry experience. His accomplishments include receiving the "Special Jury Mention Award" for the short film "Sahal." From the film Khwada, he proposed the "Chitra Padarpan Award" for "Best Production Value."
