Narendra Mudholkarv is the executive producer at Disney Star. He completed his bachelor’s in performing art, drama, and theatre art in 2003 from Amravati University. He has received the best volunteer award from Maharastra state. He also accomplished a master’s in communication studies, the field of studying video production, in 2005 from Savitribai Phule Pune University. He is a highly skilled person with excellent industry knowledge and interpersonal skills. He is also proficient in Hindi and English. He has a strong knowledge and understanding of the Marathi language, literature, music, and culture and a vast network of local producers, coordinators, and social and cultural groups throughout Maharashtra. Narendra has extensive expertise in the non-fiction area, having worked on formats such as music reality programs, adventure shows, and youth reality shows.

As Senior Manager in the Programming Team, he is a core team member for Star Pravah (Marathi Entertainment Channel). He has worked as an executive producer for Purple Bull Productions and made the highest-earning Marathi feature film Takatak directed and written by Milind Zumber Kavde in 2019. Narendra worked part-time at D’fine art private limited and Kothare Vision Private Limited, supervising a well know projects like a celebrity singing reality show Saragam. Narendra was a creative director at Arvind Babbal Production Private Limited and worked on a mythology project for Star one and the Marathi feature film Zero Dail.

He was the project lead developer at Sobo Film Private Limited and helped them develop a top-rated show Tuzhyat Jeev Rangala. He was the supervising producer at Cinemantra Entertainment and media private limited on projects like Arey Vedya Manaa, Londonchya Aajibai, and Saraswati. Narendra was the project lead developer at the media monks and worked on Saraswati & Marathi Tiger Feature Film. Narendra has also worked as a creative head at Saaibaba Telefilms, where he worked on the team setup and management, pitching show concepts to channels and client engagement. From 2006 to 2013, he worked as a senior program executive at UTV Marathi in Hyderabad. He was a member of the creative supervision team for both fiction and non-fiction shows, from idea to completion. His duty was to create a high-quality exhibit that would attract viewers and achieve high TRPs.
