Ajinkya Thakur is a well-known name in creative production and content writing. He was born on the 4th of November and began working in the creative industry at 17. From Hindi and Marathi copywriting to managing creative work in the film and television industry, Thakur has an enriching experience of more than 12 years. He completed his education at New English School, Thane and later pursued the degree of Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Telecommunications from Savitribai Phule Pune University. Thakur also possesses a degree in Bachelor of Arts- Mass Communication and Media Studies. Thakur’s professional journey began in February 2013 when he served as an OAP writer and producer at Star India.

His work included writing and directing new launch promotions, producing vignettes for marketing purposes, and shooting Public Service Announcements. Star India witnessed the great writer’s work for two years and six months. It was in August 2015 when he switched his job and joined Kothare Vision Private Limited as a screenwriter and creative head. He was primarily responsible for scripting stories, dialogue writing, and screenplay. The Mumbai-based artist worked at Kothare Vision Private Limited for two years and nine months. From April 2018 to July 2018, Ajinkya served as the Creative Head at Dreamers Media & Advertising Pvt. Ltd. Following his passion for creative content production, Thakur joined ABP Studios as a Creative Producer in October 2020. Later, he left the firm in February 2022. With the dedication to cater to Hindi and Marathi audiences, Ajinkya continued his journey of content production and soared high.

Later, in February 2022, he joined Star TV Network as a full-time content producer. His projects include television series like Tujhech Mee Geet Gaat Aahe, Secrats of Gavaskar, etc. Thakur significantly contributed to the Pravah Programming Team and was an integral part of Tujhech Mee Geet Gaat Aahe, which received the honour of being one of the highest opening series in the history of Maharashtra. The Maharashtrian artist is a polyglot. He has working proficiency in English and Urdu, bilingual proficiency in Hindi and Marathi, and elementary proficiency in Konkani. His interest lies in listening to Indian classical music. He is also an admirer of the Urdu language.
