Momin Saqib Arain, known as Momin Saqib, was born on 3 November 1994 in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. Momin has two siblings, a brother and a sister, Bilal Bin Saqib and Minahil Saqib. Momin has an illustrious academic career behind the camera. He completed BSc in Computer Science and graduated in Management Science from King’s College London. Momin was the president of the King’s College London Student’s Union, becoming the first non-European to hold the position. His on-screen career has also been impressive, as he debuted in a TV series named “ Be Adab The serial comes under the genre of family drama, >> Read More... ” in 2020 on Hum TV.
Since then, he has worked on a few TV series and films. Momin worked in a TV series named “Raqs-e-Bismil” in 2020-21 after working in “Be Adab”. In 2022, Momin acted in the film “Dum Mastam” as the character of Guddu Razor. Momin has also worked as a host and a guest in TV series, being a guest in the show “Hasna Mana Hai” and hosting “Had Kar Di” both being comedy shows.
Momin was nominated for the Lux Style Awards for Best Emerging Talent in TV for Raqs-e-Bismil in 2022. He won the Hum Awards for Best Television Sensation Male for the same show in 2022. Momin became famous in India through a viral internet meme during an international Cricket match between the two bitter rivals, India and Pakistan. Momin also has a YouTube channel where he posts vlogs about his life. Being an Actor, a host, and a YouTuber, Momin is the Jack of all trades on screen.
