Maanavi Bedi is a writer, director, and producer of Indian origin. She is currently settled in Mumbai, Maharashtra, and has eight years of experience in filmmaking. She went to Whistling Woods International to study editing and later studied filmmaking at the New York Film Academy. In 2016, she went to Prague Film School as well. She started her career as an assistant director and worked with Sajid Nadiadwala Productions, Vishesh Films, and Ashutosh Gowariker Productions over the years.
She worked as a freelance director for five years and worked with Sony Music Video. In July 2020, she joined Petrichor Films. She wrote and directed the short film 1800 Life (2022) and the television series Lock’d IN (2021). She has been an assistant director for movies like Aashiqui 2 (2013), Phantom (2015), Aiyaary (2018), and
