Ajay Bawa

Ajay Bawa is a versatile writer and lyricist from Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. He obtained his Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from 2007 to 2011 from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. In the beginning, he started as a freelance writer in 2021 with Punjabi movies. The first poem he wrote was Sima Toot Chuki Hai. However, he could not complete it. After finishing his degree he moved to London for a few years. Eventually, he started writing again. His first book was Jinkayee Liyee.

His other book is Jinkyee Liye Jag Chhoda. It is a collection of ghazals and geets (songs). This book is written in Hindi and Roman English languages. Most of the Ghazal are based on his actual life events. He has written some poems like Chupke Se Aaja and Dekhun Teri Tasveer. Ajay Bawa has worked in various Hindi movies as a lyrics writer and dialogue writer. He worked in the film Udeekan Teriyan (2023) as a dialogue writer and lyricist. One of his movies Punia Ki Duniya is in post-production. Apart from movies, he also works in TV series.
