She is also the voice of the favorite characters, Kazama and Masao. Parul Bhatnagar was born and bred in Model Town, Delhi as a joint family. She attended Rajkiya Pratibha Vikas Vidyalaya. She has an elder brother. Parul initially aspired to become a doctor, as her father is a doctor. But her dreams of becoming a doctor shifted to being a singer during her school days. She hails from a musical household, and so naturally, she found herself being inclined towards music. Winning singing competitions in school gave her the confidence to take up music full time.

She enrolled herself in the Faculty of Music and Fine Arts University of Delhi. Parul Bhatnagar married her classmate from her college Manu Rajeev, who is also a music director. The couple has a son and daughter. Impressed by Parul Bhatnagar’s voice, she got the offer to become the voice-over artist. She established her beginning as a voice-over artist with Babaloos in 2003. That’s how her career started and has been progressing successfully till now. Her next project, Backyard Science, is an educational children’s television show. The show opened up her opportunities. Voicing for the show, Doraemon is one such golden chance she got. Parul Bhatnagar auditioned to voice for one of the major roles in Doraemon, Shizuka.

With characteristics, Shizuka is a pretty and friendly girl who is the best friend, Nobita. Parul Bhatnagar became popular in no time by voicing for Shizuka, and the voice made her pretty popular among the kids. Besides Shizuka, Parul Bhatnagar had also dubbed for Suneo’s mother. Another popular television show in which Parul Bhatnagar a part is Shin-chan. She works as the voice-over artist for the characters, Kazama and Masao. Kazama is an intelligent and disciplined kid, whereas Masao is a scaredy-cat but a good person. Besides, she is also the voice behind Yoshinaga mam, whom the Shin-chan and his friends love the most.

Another adorable character she voices for is Shin-chan’s baby sister Himawari. Parul Bhatnagar shows very peculiar differentiations in all the voices, making the audience surprised. Other famous characters she voices for are Pororo, a baby penguin, and Eddy, the fox, from the animated television series Pororo the Little Penguin.
