Toshika Verma

Toshika Verma is an Indian television actress who is best known for her role in the television series ‘Hum Ladkiyan – Maayke Se Sasural Tak’ (2008). ‘Hum Ladkiyan– Maayke Se Sasural Tak’ was aired on Sony Television. It was a serial set on the pious city of Banaras and was based on the life of four vivacious young girls Alka, Ajju, Sapna & Pooja. The serial shows their relations, friendships, aspirations and dreams of these young girls.

The show beautifully depicts the life of these young characters and entertains the viewers with a perfect combination of the emotions & drama. Toshika played the role of ‘Alka’, who is the daughter of a lead character called ‘Kailash Nath’ (played by Nitesh Pandey).

This serial is a UNICEF- led television program, which aims at increasing the health & social awareness among the rural & urban Indian audience. The show is being broadcasted by the Doordarshan. Prior to her acting endeavours, she graduated from Mumbai.
