Shilpa Mehta is an Indian television actress as well as Indian cinema actress. She has worked on both the platforms and has been quite a lot successful. She worked in Kyuki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, a show that ran for more than ten years. After this show, there were numerous calls to her for acting in movies 'Ashoka -The Great', 'Ek Din 24 Ghante' and lots more.
She gained fame for her roles in Hum Tum (a blockbuster hit) and Delhi Belly. She also worked in Tv show 'Naa Bole Tum Na Mne Kuch Kaha' on Colors channel in 2012. She has more that 20 movies credited to her. Her latest project is the movie Basmati Blues, which released in October 2015.
