Other names of Shilpa Anand: Shilpa Shivanand,Ohanna Shivanand
Beauty with brain is a rare combination, but not in Indian cinema. We have a long list of great actresses possessing killer looks & Shilpa Anand adds one more to this list. This model turned actress has sizzled both small screen & silver in same proportion. In fact, she made her debut in bollywood & then turned towards TV soaps.

She debuted in 2003 with Vishnu. Her performance as a debutant was good, but real acclaim came from her role in Iqraar By Chance where she played the lead role. Besides these 2, she has also featured in 3 more bollywood flicks. But it seems that TV suited her better as she managed to win millions of hearts with her role of Dr. Riddhima Gupta in Dill Mill Gayye. She also portrayed the role of Meera in the TV soap Teri Meri Love Stories, but Dill Mill Gayye is something that has pasted her photo in the hearts of the audience.

She is Indian by nationality, but she was born and brought up in South Africa. She did her schooling from there. Later they moved to Punjab & she did her MCA from Punjab University. She is a very talented Java software developer & worked in E-learning domain. She worked as an engineer for a few years & then ‘acting’ happened for her.

We hope that this talented actress will continue to rule our hearts for many more years to come.

Serials & movies: Her performance was loved in Dill Mill Gayye & Teri Meri Love Stories but before that she featured in many films like Iqraar By Chance, Vishnu & a few more.
