Ishita Vyas is basically from Bhopal. Born on 18 March 1992, her original name is Manju Vyas.

Ishita played so many small roles before Jhansi ki Rani, like Laxmi in Bidaai, Goddess Kaali in Mata ki Chowki, but after Jhansi ki Rani her acting career took a pace and she not only did so many TV serials but also bagged roles in bollywood movies like Peepli live, Oh My God. In Bete and Maryam she played lead roles. Recently, she was seen in Sony Tv’s popular serial Bade Achhe Lagte Hai in which she played as lead character Priya’s friend, a small but important role. Ishita Vyas is an Indian film and television actress known for her different roles in Indian television series and movies.

Born in Hoshangabad and raised in Bhopal, she is the daughter of an employee in Central Industrial Security Force and a housewife. After learning the basics of modeling in Bhopal for couple of years, she came to Mumbai to take up big roles. It might come as a surprise to many that she is also a national level Karate and Judo player.

Ishita's one of first achievements were when she reached the top seven round of the reality show Kingfisher Calendar Hunt 2013. 

Her movie career started with the critically acclaimed movie Peepli Live. After the movie, she starred on a television show Lift Kara de. After a brief stint in Bollywood, she made it big in Indian television with Jhansi Ki Rani. Her performance in Jhansi ki Rani was widely appreciated.
