She is the only daughter of her parents where her father is in the defense sector and her mother is a very humble housewife. Gayatri did her schooling from ADARSH MADHYAMIK SCHOOL in Nashik. Later she did her high schooling in RYK College. Gayatri is a graduate, did her graduation from KK WAGH COLLEGE taking fashion designing as her stream or branch.gayatri is a well-trained Bharatanatyam dancer. She is a packet full of talent and kills people with her killer expressions. She started acting when she was young.at 11th standard she performed her first Marathi Natak called VARHAD ALEY LONDONLA.

She also debuted in Marathi television serials names MANASICHA CHITRAKAR TOH. Also acted in Hindi television serial named ROJ SUNDAY. She is very fond of industry and wanted to work in the Hindi film industry as well.
