Anubha Bhonsle is a TV journalist based in India. She is the Senior Editor of CNN IBN. Anubha has been a journalist for over 15 years and she has received many awards for her outstanding and remarkable skills in reporting news. She received the 'Ramnath Goenka Award' for Excellence in Journalism for Politics, where she features the Paisa Power and Politics and revealed the connection of those who contend in Politics and their supporters. She also got the NT Awards for Best Reporter in 2013 and became the winner at Asian TV Awards in Singapore for Best Cross Platform Content. She also won as the Best Journalist on ITA for reporting about the women under the defense forces. Her documentary about the Children of Conflict from Kashmir was chosen by the Commonwealth Broadcasting Association. In 2011, she got the NT Awards for featuring the “My Child is Gay” and the “Irom Sharmila’s 10-year fast”.
Anubha currently reside in Delhi together with her family. She worked on various media organizations. She started at The Indian Express then she became part of the Zee Group. Later on, she joined the NDTV as an anchor and a political bureau. Then she became the primetime anchor and Senior Editor of the CNN-IBN. She deals with politics, defense and social amendment. Anubha Bhonsle became the 2013-2014 winner in the respected, Chameli Devi Jain Award for Outstanding Woman Media Person. She was consistently chosen by judges, Shailaja Chandra, Om Thanvi, and Ms. Coomi Kapoor.
