Akansha Kapil is an Indian TV actress. She is just a few years old in the TV and entertainment industry. This beautiful girl has done her schooling from Modern School, Lucknow. She went to Isabella Thoburn College (formerly known as ‘Lucknow Women's College’) for her graduation. She started her career with modeling and has appeared in quite a good amount of TV commercials so far.

Her first TV commercial was of ‘Henko Powder’ which was released on March 19, 2011. She then performed in a jingle ‘Chattri Ke Aadh Mein Pyaar Ka Signal’ for the TV commercial of Videocon mobile services. In 2013, she appeared in the TV advertisement of ‘Skin White Goat Milk Soap’. From Oct 29, 2013, when the country was gripping with the election fever, her TV commercial of ‘Wagh Bakri Tea Party’ started running on TV. In. 2014, she appeared in TV commercials of ‘YiPPee! Chinese Masala Noodle’ and of ‘Santoor Golden Glow Offer’. She last appeared in the TVC of ‘Kellogg's Corn Flakes’, which was released on May 24, 2014.

She made her acting debut with the hit TV drama series, ‘ Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’, wherein she performed the role of “ Antara Antara is an inspiring tale of a reserved girl chi >> Read More... ”. The role was quite critical and had all shades of emotions as the character was the ex-girlfriend of the lead character, “Naitik”. This serial has been running since Jan 2009 on Star Plus. She has done promos of two TV series so far. One was of ‘ Lakhon Mein Ek’, which had run from Aug 2012 to Jan 2013 on Star Plus, and another was of ‘ Diya Aur Baati Hum’, which has been running on Star Plus since Aug 2011.
