Piyush Sahdev is an Indian television actor. He was born on 12th March 1982. His roles as Ramain Devon Ke Dev Mahadev, Abhigyan in Supercops vs. Supervillains, Suhane Ladakpan Ke, Samay in Beyhadh, and Pawan Bakshi in Devanshi and Kabir Tripathi in Sapne are among his most well-known on-screen-appearances. He is the brother of Meher Vij and Gireesh Sahdev, famous actors. Sahdev was born in Delhi, India, on 12th March 1982. Vaishali, also known as Meher Vij, is Piyush's younger sister. Before making his formal television debut in India, Sahdev appeared in an episode of Star One's crime drama Special Squad in 2004. After three years, he got chosen to play Sharad Chatterjee, the lead's brother, in Ghar Ek Sapnaa on Sahara One from 2007 to 2009. From 2007 to 2008, he played Varun Ranawat in the Zee TV serial Har Ghar Kuch Kehta Hai.

Sahdev agreed to star as Senior Inspector Abhigyan Mitra in the Life OK criminal detective serial Hum Ne Li Hai Shapath in 2012. He married his friend and actress Akangsha Rawat on 25th June 2012. In 2013, he gave up on Hum Ne Li Hai Shapath. During that year, in the critically acclaimed mythological drama Devon Ke Dev Mahadev on Life OK, Sahdev gained notoriety for depicting Lord Rama opposite Rubina Dilaik. This role marked a turning point in his career and served as his breakout performance.He said in an interview that he had always wanted to play Rama at least once in his career. Also, he portrayed Kabir, the main character in Sapne Suhane Ladakpan Ke, on Zee TV. Sahdev debuted on Sony TV's Beyhadh in December 2017 as Samay, a villain who won his appreciation. Sahdev joined Devanshi on Colors TV in the same year. He portrayed Siraj in the 2018 season of Ishq Subhan Allah on Zee TV. In Dastaan-E-Mohabbat: Salim Anarkali on Colours TV. Piyush also played the part of Abu Fazl. He appeared as Inspector Piyush in the September 2021 episode of Mauka-E-Vardaat on &TV. He played the negative role of Krish Dixit in the Sony TV series Bade Achhe Lagte Hain 2 since April 2022.
