Bhanu Uday is an Indian television and film actor who appeared in various popular TV shows few Hindi films and ad commercials. Bhanu Uday originally hails from Jammu. He was born on October 16, 1980 in Jammu. His father is an IAS officer and mother is a lawyer. Bhanu Uday completed his schooling from Jammu and then moved to Delhi for further studies and took admission in Hans Raj College in New Delhi, India. Bhanu Uday was always passionate for acting and in Delhi while pursuing his studies he started acting in theatres and subsequently joined NSD i.e.; National School of Drama. Bhanu Uday initially started his career as a television actor and acted in various short term projects and also played small character roles in Hindi movies like Lakshya in the year 2007 and Dhokha in the year 2007. He also featured in a prominent role in the Indo-US Project Monsoon. He also starred in films like Machli Jal Ki Raani Hai, and is awaiting the release of his next film Blemished light where he plays the role of Hussein. He is all set to star in Sony TV’s next yet untitled venture in lead role, Doordarsha’s part 2 and a film named Yaksha. Apart from the above mentioned serials, Bhanu Uday is pehaps best known for his role of ACP Aryan Khanna in Star One’s thriller show as the leader of the special squad. Bhanu Uday is still remembered today for his role in Special Squad. In special squad actor Bhanu Uday was paired opposite Late Model and actor Kuljit Randhawa who committed suicide in 2006 and Bhanu Uday was one of the prime suspects for his alleged involvement in Kuljit’s suicide. However, later, the charges against Bhanu Uday were cleared. Currently Bhanu Uday is rumored to be dating fellow actor .
