Ayaz Ahmed rose to fame after his appearance on MTV Roadies. Two years later, he played the role of Abhay in Kitani Mohabbat Hai on Imagine TV. He has also done guest appearances on Crime Patrol and Gumrah on Channel V. He has paired up with in the series Do Dil Aek Jaan on Life OK, which brought him much attention and popularity. Do Dil Aek Jaan is based n the love story between an urban Mumbai boy and a simple Kashmiri girl.

Born and brought up in Kolkata on 24th September 1986, Ayaz Ahmed has been working small roles for a long while now and is finally being recognised as someone to watch out for in the near future. He is currently one of Tellywood’s most eligible bachelors. The actor also fea-tured next to in a very famous Pepsi advertisement campaign. He is currently featured on MTV’s Splitsvilla. When asked about this, he said, “I am single and thus took the decision to be in the show MTV Splitsvilla and find love, or even meet somebody with whom I could think of a relationship in future”.

He will next be seen in the much anticipated Kaisi Yeh Yaarian on MTV, a show targeted at the Indian youth. He plays the role of a college student, who is a great prankster and lives life on the edge. For this role he has had a makeover, changing his entire hairstyleand hair colour. Ayaz has surely come a long way from earning his first salary of Rs.2000 in class 9th, to being one of the most sought after actors in Tellywood today. He believes in being comfortable more than being fashionable and prefers shorts and pyjamas than something that will offend others.
