Actress Ruchi Malviya is an up and comer in the tv industry. She has been part of two projects, a short film called The Embrace (2019), directed by National Award Winning director Verna Bakshi, starring
and her. The film was nominated for the Filmfare Awards. Her second project, Flip (2019), released on Eros Now, directed by renowned filmmaker
has also been fairly successful. Flip is a film that encapsulates four different stories; she is a part of
and Naman Shaw.
The Embrace was shot two years back, in 2017, with Sunny and Veena Ma’am. The concept of this movie is very much relevant to today’s time and situation. As for Flip, Malviya is immensely grateful to Bejoy Nambiar for making her a part of this project. She loved the story and was delighted to be part of such a talented team. Ruchi has faced her fair share of struggle on being an outsider, but with that being said, she seems to be determined to put her best into her work and go on into her future endeavors. She is set to collaborate with fascinating storytellers and make her art shown.
Having such a wide variety of platforms where she can showcase her work, she feels grateful and lucky. Besides the two films, Ruchi has been part of Zing TV’s popular show, Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya, a romantic tale that has entertained masses. She was also cast into LIfe Ok’s Shapath and was even a part of a celebrated crime drama, C.I.D (in 2015). She gained popularity from the film
