Harjeet Singh Bio coming soon... >> Read More... , popularly known as Harjeet Singh Tuktuk, is a renowned stand-up comedian and speaker, a humorous poet, a famous writer, and an eminent personality in the Entertainment Industry. He is a native of Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, and was born on January 16, 1975. His parents, Professor Kalyan Singh and Dr. Nirmal Kaur Khanduja, were poets, and poetry was in Harjeet’s genes. Harjeet completed his graduation in 1996 with a Bachelors of Engineering in Industrial Technology from IIT Roorkee and Management Education from INSEAD Business School. He started writing poems in 1989, and his first stage appearance was in 1991. Since then, he has been performing continuously and reading poetry on hundreds of platforms like Chakallas Fuljhadi Express, Tuktuk Atthaas, and more. He was actively involved in the famous Hasya Kavi Sammelan show Wah Wah, featured on SAB TV in 1998, and he was actively engaged in Wah Wah Kya Baat Hai in 2012, aired on SAB TV. Harjeet gained much recognition after he participated in Hasya Kavi Sammelan and was one of the most famous poets on the show.
 From the beginning, Tuktuk has been enthusiastically performing at Humorous Poetry Slams and Radio shows like AIR Najibabad and AIR Bareilly. In 1997, he debuted on television, when he got an opportunity to recite poetry and a break on Doordarshan. Poet Ashok Chakradhar launched him on TV. He has performed and recited poems on many channels locally and globally like, SAB TV, NDTV, and ETV. He was a passionate writer, and his poems have featured in several Hindi poetry books like Hungama Express, Hansta Khilkhilata Hasya Kavi Sammelan, Gudgudi Express, Tuktuk ki Rail, Hasta Kaviyon Ki Vyanga Bochar, in newspapers, and web magazines. Some of his famous poems include Das Babu's Love Letter, Chup Bey, Tiranga, Meeting God, Happy Diwali, Covid, Sawan, Wifi, and more. His poems are a mix of humor and satire and are well received by the audience. He has been contributing to a Hindi poetry website, Anubhuti, as a writer for a long time.
He has been acknowledged with several accolades and awards for his commendable contributions to the entertainment industry like Tuktuk won Hansgola, a poetry reality show. He was felicitated with the title of Comedy Emperor by Jeevan Jyoti Sansthan in 2000 and with the title Hasya Samrat The second season of Zee Marathi's comedy tale >> Read More... in 2001. Tuktuk was honored by the World Hindi Foundation in 2016 when the United States invited him to perform for television series, radio, and stage shows.
