Jeremy Lalrinnunga Ralte is a professional weightlifter from Aizawl, Mizoram, India. He was born on October 26th, 2002. His father Lalneihtluanga Ralte was also a person with a sports background with his presence in the Mizoram boxing circuit. Lalmuanpuii Ralte is his mother. He started his boxing training at the age of 6 in his father's boxing academy. Then he was selected by the Army Sports Institute (ASI), Pune. He also got the chance to do his training in weightlifting under the coach Vijay Sharma at the Indian national camp in Patiala. He has a six-year winning streak at the senior level in the YMCA boxing championship.
