Varun Arsid is a sound editor and sound designer. He is from Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. He pursued his graduation in Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Gitam University, Hyderabad. He also pursued a Masters in Sound Design from Annapurna College of Film and Media. He has worked as a sound designer and sound editor in many films and series, including Dhoomam, Jee Karda, Chor Nikal Ke Bhaaga, Three of Us, The Golden Thread, Anek, Goldfish, The Piggyback Ride, Middle-Class Love, Mai, Sharmaji Namkeen, and Gowripuram. He was the composer and music director of the film Gowripuram. He was also nominated for the Motion Pictures Sound Editors Awards in the USA in 2021.Â
