Abhay Koyadwar

Abhay Koyadwar is an aspiring sound designer, sound engineer, drummer, and musician, in the Bollywood film and music industry. Abhay Koyadwar hails from Nagpur, Maharashtra, and has been interested in composing music since childhood. Abhay Koyadwar got his Bachelor’s of Art  Journalism and Mass Communication from Seamedu School of Pro-Expressionism, Pune, in 2018 and certified himself in a sound engineering course. 

In April 2018, he interned at his alma mater and developed various industry-related skills while working in his college. In June 2018, Abhay Koyadwar worked as a sound engineer and designer at AK Studios Private Limited and composed soundtracks for several film and web series productions. He also worked as a freelance audio engineer in 2021 and was associated with a sound engineering company called ND9 Studio. 

Over the years, Abhay Koyadwar has worked as an audio engineer and audio post-production engineer for various films and is also well-versed in surround mixing (5.1 and 7.1). Apart from working as a sound engineer, Abhay Koyadwar is a talented drummer and is part of a metal band called Ayog India, which tours all around the country and creates music related to Indian mythology. 

To motivate school and college students, Abhay Koyadwar has also delivered a TEDx Talk at the Government College of Engineering, Karad, on the relationship between math and rhythm. He is active on social media and often posts several updates about his music career and personal life. On the personal front, Abhay Koyadwar lives in Pune, Maharashtra, for his sound engineering career.
