Vipul Mehta is an Indian singer born on 28 July 1990 in Amritsar, Punjab. He started singing when he was just eight and from then he had the urge to become India's best singer. He was motivated by his family to become a singer, who had always supported him. He belongs to a family of the businessperson. His father Mukesh Mehta is a businessperson but is also a good singer.
He has learned classical singing since eight years of age. Also, he has been doing Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication from DAV College, Amritsar. He was first seen in 2008 in the show Star Voice Of India, where he was one of the final contestants but unfortunately, could not reach Top 3.
Later on, he applied in Indian Idol 6 in 2012 and, this time, he won this show with the prize money of 50 lakhs, a Suzuki Hayate Bike, a Nissan Micra car and a musical contract. He debuted with the single, Rowaan Mein in 2012. Also, in 2012, he released his first album, Hello Namaste Sat Sri Akal.
