Sukriti Sen

Sukriti Sen is an Indian singer. She used to start her morning learning lessons under the guidance of Miss Krishna Das Gupta, who is a very renowned singer. Sukriti has also sung Bhajans for Music Today, of which the CDs, Cassettes, Bhajans & Artis, are available. She started learning Hindustani vocal music from Mrs. Shikha Ganguli in 1983. She has also had the privilege of learning from Late Shri. Vinay Chandra Mudgal and Late Shri. Vinod Kumar Mudgal. Presently, she is learning Hindustani Vocal Music under the able guidance of Pt. Madhup Mudgal. Talking about her performances, she has performed in the prestigious program ‘Yuva Mahotsava 93.’

She even sings classical-based Bhajans on the occasion of Birth Anniversaries, and ‘Nirgun Bhajans’ at Death Anniversaries and Prayer meetings. Sukriti is also the voice of ‘Mrigya,’ the nine-member band that plays ‘funky fusion music.’ Sukriti is the vocalist for 80 percent of Indian classical input in its compositions. She is even one of the top-rated TV and radio artists.
