Siddharth Hazarika was born in the small town of Sibsagar, Assam. He showed interest in music as a child rather than studies. It made him push himself to teach himself various musical instruments at a young age. He knew his big break was around the corner when he auditioned for "Axom Idol" a reality singing show in 2010. This platform not only got him a fan base but also helped him improve his music around talented people.

He inspired a lot of young followers in Assam by coming runner-up in the competition which then lead him to the path of fame. He fulfilled his parent's dream through this platform. He then became famous all over Assam and released a few Assamese songs which were a huge hit in the state as soon as it hit the internet. He didn't restrict himself to his local language and so in order to expand his career very soon, he began recording for various theaters and movies in Hindi, which got him to get well settled in Mumbai. He is now a role model for everybody with a dream. In an interview, he reveals how one should hold on to something they believe in and never lose hope. He is now famous for his work with music director and lyricist Nikhil Kamat. He also broadened his horizon by singing English songs which he now performs at various events in and around Mumbai.

This album gave him a promising career which was followed by, Kahin Mera Pyar, which was not only directed but also written Nikhil Kamat and was released by World Wide Records.Last but not the least he also recorded for Bandook along with Bandana Sharma, which was directed by Nikhil Kamat and written by Kapil Sibbal. He managed to step out of his comfort zone for this particular album and fit in a few Sufi and Qawwali songs as well.
