Sanjeevani Bhelande who is better known to the world by her first name Sanjivani is a famous playback singer in Bollywood. The singer hails from a well-educated family where her dad is a professor of Sanskrit and her mother is a retired English teacher. Sanjivani herself has completed her masters in commerce, a diploma in film production and also a course in mass communication too!
Ms. Bhelande was really good with her vocals as music is in her genes since her mom was also a great vocalist. She is well-known for winning the title as a winner on Sa Re Ga Ma which is a music reality show in the year 1995. Her debut movie as a singer was in "
Kareeb" meaning close which was directed by
Vidhu Vinod Chopra but most surprisingly, Sanjivani got the opportunity to sing all the songs in her first film. All the songs became a blockbuster hit, and she was greatly praised and recognized by the audience.
In the year 1998, the musician got nominated for a song from the motion picture Kareeb for the Best Female Playback Singer. Later on, she sang for music directors like A.R. Rahman,

She has even hosted a couple of reality shows, but she prefers singing the most. "MEERA AND ME" is her latest album and book which the composer dreams to make a Broadway show out of it. Bhelande has also learned to master the dance of Orissa from a guru of a great disciple.
