Mridula Desai is a singer and known for Kaam Granth (2001), Dillagi (1999) and Bhool Bani Phoolan (1999). She was born in Kolkata. And currently, she is living in Mumbai, Maharashtra. She is post graduate in M.A.(Political Science) with dictation from Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi. She started her career in Mumbai. Mridula is known for folk music. Her first training was under Pandit Pradip Chatterjee. She has sung on stage, on radio and TV for films under many famous music directors. Mridula has been a Singer for more than 20 years. She has sung in Gujarati, Marathi, Bengali, Hindi, Telugu, Rajasthan, Punjabi, and many other Indian languages. She has also given her voice to jingles, alaps, private album Sangeet Sandhya Program.
