Marriane D'Cruz is a Bollywood Playback Singer, Songwriter, Vocal Coach, and Actress based in Mumbai, Maharashtra. She has been working as a leading vocalist in the Bollywood industry and has sung various songs and jingles for movies, TV series, and TV commercials. She is trained in Classical, Opera, Celtic, Mid-Eastern Style Music, Jazz, Pop and Rock Music. She has studied Bachelor’s in Economics at St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai. Then, she earned a Bachelor's in Economics (major) from the Univerity of Mumbai.

She learned music from Trinity School, London, United Kingdom. She also went to the Royal School of Music. Since January 1996, she has been working as a freelance recording artist and vocal training consultant with an expertise in different styles of music in Opera, Classical, Jazz, Hebrew, Middle Eastern, Celtic, Indie, Pop, Rock, etc. She has also been working as a Proprietor at the Singing Express, which is a training program, in Khar, Bandra (West), Mumbai.

Marriane began her career as an actress in a movie called Black, starring Amitabh Bachchan and Rani Mukerji. She played the role of a singer in the film.
