Kunal Ganjawala is a noted Indian playback singer. He is popularly known for singing mostly Hindi and Kannada songs. Kunal was born on April 14, 1972. In his, childhood days he never knew that he wants to sing. He always wanted to be either an actor or a chartered accountant. In his college days during college events, he realized that he could sing well when he won many competitions. His parents constantly supported him to sing and go further in a singing platform. He completed his graduation from St. Peter's School, Mazagaon. To improve his skills, he started learning music from Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan under Sudhindra Bhaumick. His first assignment was a jingle Doodh Doodh.
Since he was working with Barot, he believes that he was taken seriously by music directors. In 2002, he got his first break in Bollywood with the song Ab Ke Baras. The song did not earn him recognition from the audience, but many offers did start coming his way. He participated in an Indian singing talent show; Sa Re Ga Ma Pa aired on Zee Tv. He was also judge of the show Amul Star Voice of India. He has also sung in Bengali, Odia, Tamil, Punjabi, Marathi, Telugu, Sindhi, and Assamese.
