Radha Mahendru is the director of Development and Strategic Partnership at the Asia Society India Centre. With extensive experience in arts management, curating and programming, she has contributed to cultural organizations over the past decade by conceptualizing and executing public programs, exhibitions, and special events. Additionally, she has led fundraising initiatives and established collaborations and Partnerships for both local and global art-based projects.
Before her current role, Radha Mahendru ws the Senior Programs Manager and Curator at Khoj International Artists Association until 2019. She also contributed as a curatorial member to various organizations, including the Norient Film Festival in Switzerland, Abr Circle and Art Chain India. An alumna of Srishti School of Art, Design, and Technology in Bangalore, Mahendru co-authored, “The Horizon in An Imaginary Line,” an ethnographic graphic novel portraying the experiences of a young Somali woman as a refugee in India.
