Suresh Jindal was born on 7th September 1942 in India. He completed BSEE from UCLA in Los Angeles, California. He worked in California as an aerospace/electronic engineer for four years. He then read about art-house cinema being produced in India, which got him interested in taking up a career as a film producer.
