Sangeeta Ahir

Sangeeta Ahir is a producer of the Indian film industry who works in the Hindi film and television industry. She has produced various well-known films like guddu rangeela, Singh Saab the great and Golmaal again. Sangeeta Ahir, the wife of Sachin Ahir, works for mangal murti films.

She has been producing movies since 2005, and her first picture to hit the cinemas was vaah! Life ho to Aisi on 23rd November 2005. The movie revolved around a man who has to deal with a lot of family responsibilities but dies, unfortunately, so he is given a chance to return to earth for one week and complete his responsibilities.

Directed by Mahesh manjrekar, the film was a musical comedy and received average reviews. Directed by Anil Sharma, this film also received average reviews from its viewers. Sangeeta Ahir is the ex-wife of Sudhakar bokade who is also a producer. Apart from being a producer, she has also worked as a distributor. Taking a long break of five years her next venture was Gali Gali chor hai.

Released on 3rd February 2012 the film did an average collection at the box office. The picture is about an artist named Bharat who finds that he is dealing with a corrupt system and comes forward to fight for the rights of the common people.

Following this Singh Saab the great hit the cinemas on 22nd November 2013 starring Sunny Deol as the lead actor. Directed by Anil Sharma the picture revolved around a man who is an honest tax collector but a corrupt man plots against him, so the tax collector decides to teach him a lesson in his unique way.

Her next film was guddu rangeela that released on 3rd July 2015. The plot of the film revolved around two boys named guddu and rangeela who work in an orchestra during the day and work as informants of local gangs by night.

She achieved the first big break of her career in 2017 with the release of Golmaal again on 20th October. It became the 5th film of 2017 of Bollywood to win around US$ 46 million. It also won the jury's choice award and viewer's choice award for the best film.
