Ravi Agarwal

Ravi Agarwal is an Indian film producer who works mainly in the Hindi and Marathi film industry. He is famously known for producing the movie 'FEVER' released in the year 2016. Ravi Agarwal was born on 20th August 1962 in Mumbai. He completed his under graduation at Lala Lajpatrai College of Commerce and Economics. Since childhood, he had a passion for movies. Ravi used to take part in school and college drama competitions. He also worked in the direction crew in those dramas and plays.

He always wanted to produce films that talk about social issues. Ravi's first Marathi production, Akalpit, released in 2004, dealt with a strong argument about extra-marital affairs and wife-swapping. In 2005, he produced the movie Salaam –The Salute. It got several awards and appreciation from the cine fraternity, including top honors at Sanskruti Kala Darpan Puraskar in 2015. The movie Mahasatta (2008) produced by Plus Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. was the official Indian entry in film festivals like the International Film Festival of India, International Film Festival of Kerala, and Bengaluru International Film Festival. 

Ravi Agarwal knew movies were not the only platform to consume quality content, so he launched a book publishing firm by the name Plus Ink.
