No doubt, she has already set a record in Pollywood. So far, she is the youngest Punjabi film producer! Becoming a producer was far from what she had visualized for her future. She began her career by working in a 9 to 5 corporate job at HCL. However, that job failed to ignite the spark Mansi had within herself. Finally, she decided to follow her calling. She quit her job to work in the film industry, a brave step that many fail to take in their lives. Initially, Mansi did promotional work for Bollywood films and organized events and tours. Her first real venture in the industry was with the 2018 film Carry On Jatta 2. Even though her work did not receive much appreciation initially, she persevered.

After immense hard work, Mansi started getting the opportunities which let her contribute substantially to the industry. After working in films like Vadhaiyaan Ji Vadhaiyaan and Shadaa, Mansi’s interest in film making piqued. The dynamics of the process were enthralling to her, and she grabbed the first opportunity she got. With the 2022 comedy film Sohreyaan Da Pind Aa Gaya, Mansi made her production debut in the industry. Later, she produced several hit Punjabi music videos with her friend Apoorv Ghai. These include- Rangeya, Jumme Di Namaaz, Tu Mera Banja, and Jhooti. Takiyana and Jijja Tu Kala are some of her solo projects in the industry.
