Mahesh Ramanathan

Mahesh Ramanathan is an Indian producer. He has worked in Hindi, Punjabi, and Kannada films. He pursued his higher education from Bharati Vidyapeeth in Pune, Maharashtra and also has a degree in Master’s of Business Administration from the reputed Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. In 1991, after getting his post-graduate diploma in Business Management from the well-known IIM of Ahmedabad, Mahesh tried to experiment and explore different possible career options.He got into the Reliance Company in the year 2007. He worked in Reliance as the Chief Operating Officer of the Films produced by Reliance branch of Big Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. This period is when his career crossed with the field of films and movies. He showed a natural flair for Media and Marketing.

He won the National Award for a record-breaking five times as the producer and the Chief Operating Officer. After a successful career, he quit Reliance. He worked at Reliance for eight years before he resigned to pursue his individual dreams and aspirations. The joint venture of Mahesh and Dr. Resul is called Le Penta Entertainment. While Resul will manage the creative department of the organization, Mahesh will manage the sales and business sector.
