Far gone are the days, where women were want to just stay at home and take care of their families. Now women everywhere are gaining much reputation similar to men and are donning many hats, much to everyone’s amusement. One such person who proudly comes under this category is Anvita Sudarshan. Born in 1990 in the beautiful state of Karnataka, Anvita was a bornachiever. Her father worked for the UN Security Council, and because of her father’s job, she had to travel a lot in her childhood days. Just at the ripe age of 11, she had achieved a scholarship,and by the time she was 14, she had been co-editing several magazines like Thinker. Then, Anvita had found her luck in beauty pageants in her early adult days, which led her to win the glorious title of Miss India Kuwait in 2011. After that, in the year 2012, Anvita Sudarshan was crowned Miss India Worldwide.

There has been no turning back for her, from that day forth. She was asked to judge several beauty contests around the world and the following year; she joined Monozygotics, wherein Anvita was hired as an assistant director. After working for a couple of more production houses, Anvita created her own media company and named it Haus and Slang. Since she had much experience with cinema, Anvita put her directorial skills to play, and that how was Sadak Chaap, which was an exceptional short film earned a place in the Short Film Corner in Cannes Film Festival. Just in two years, Anvita had directed eight short films, several of which were highly praised. In 2017, Anvita laid down her golden experiences as a model and her epitome of fashion in her bestselling book, Beauty Queen the Pathway to Pageantry.

All this enormous hard work led Anvita to bag her first role as a debutant in the popular Hindi supernatural web series Asur in 2020. In recent times, Anvita Sudarshan has been working on many international projects that are relatable to the Indian cinema industry. In that line, Anvita has produced many research works on how our Indian cinema is majorly inclined by Indo-European principles. This has been notably recognized by the Danish council.
