Rajdeep Chatterjee

Raj deep Chatterjee is a playback singer and musician who belongs to the Indian music industry. He has been a part of various music shows Indian idol 4, sa re ga ma pa Lil champs, and sitaron ko choona hai. Raj deep was born on 17th June 1991 in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand.

He had discovered his interest in music in childhood itself when he was just two. So he started learning music from PanditShri Chandra Kant apte. He did his schooling from Loyola school Jamshedpur and completed his graduation in Indian classical music from two different universities, University of Allahabad and Gandharva. InSa re ga ma pa Lil champs 2006 aired on Zee TV he was one of the finalists.

He stood on the fourth position in Indian Idol aired on Sony entertainment television in 2008. Raj deep began his career in playback singing in the Hindi film industry with the movie Bodyguard. He was a part of the team band of powers and sang the title track of the film. He again sang the title track for the picture Khiladi 786. He has given music for the movies gunday and police giri as well. Raj deep has done over 200 shows nationally as well as internationally.

Raj deep began his career by participating in different reality shows since 2006. He took part for the first time in sa re ga ma pa Lil champs in 2006. Next, he was a contestant on Indian Idol season four in 2008- 2009. In 2012 again he became a part of another reality show jo jeeta wohi superstar season two which was telecasted on star plus.

He began playback singing and has sung the title track and Khiladi remix of Khiladi 786 in 2012. He sang along with Vineet Singh, Aman trike, alam gir khan and Yash Raj Kapil on the music directed by Himesh reshammiya. In 2013 he sang ab there bin jeelenge hum of the picture police giri along with amantrikha, yashrajKapil, and keshavl. He sang the Bangla version of Gunday solely in 2014.
