Sujata Khanna is a photographer and a visual storyteller. It was 2012 when she decided to move out of Delhi and explore the essence of photography. Khanna attended Keith Carter’s workshop. She refined herself as a social photographer involving human rights and environmental issues. Before this, she worked with the British Red Cross and Save the Children UK. Khanna has worked and collaborated with renowned organisations such as Family for Every Child, Railway Children UK, and CARE India.
In 2013, she was honoured with the Arnold Newman Scholarship. For her achievements in her field, she got the Neel Dongre Grant for Excellence in Photography. In 2011, she participated in numerous exhibitions at Delhi Transition, Open Palm Court Gallery, and Transition, IndiPix Gallery. In 2013, she presented a solo show on street photography in the United States of America (USA). In 2015, she started the Unsung Lives project during the Indian Photography Festival in Hyderabad.
