Ambika Dutt also known as Roaming Nutritionist, is an assiduous nutritionist, fitness model, and social media influencer. She was born on 28 April 1994 in Haryana. Her husband, Nikhil Vashishta is also a fitness trainer and model. He had played a vital role during the initial phase of her journey. She met Nikhil when she was facing a lot of health issues due to her inappropriate weight loss journey, and he assisted her by explaining the idea of fitness. He was the one who inspired her to be certified fitness trainer, and a social media influencer. Both of them are blessed with a baby girl. For her higher studies, she went to Lady Hardinge Medical College, New Delhi.

She is the owner of an online fitness platform named “ShapeTutor,” where she guides people on fitness, and also provides personalized assistance to them. She is a certified fitness nutritionist. Initially she used to work at a 9 to 5 private job, but later on she decided to leave her job, and began her career as a content creator. She enrolled herself in a certified program at the International Sports Sciences Association. She actively uploads content on various social media platforms like TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.

But when TikTok was banned in India, she gained vast recognition on Instagram and YouTube in a short period itself. After receiving proper certification, and adequate knowledge, she regularly uploads about healthy eating habits, fitness goals, and her travel diaries. Through her online business ShapeTutor, she helped many people by providing them personalized exercise schedules, and diet plans, according to their illness or requirements. She is a fitness enthusiast who regularly practises yoga, exercise, and goes to gym. Also, she is featured in advertisements for various renowned brands, including Samsung, Realme, Saffola, Wow skincare, Amazon, Puplle, Rajdhani, TruNativ, FTH daily app, and many more. She is also an ardent dog lover and also owns a pet dog named Bunny.
