He has toured all over the world and exhibited his art at many places including the Durgalal Festival in Delhi, The Saptak Festival in Ahmedabad, Vasantahabba Festival in Bengaluru, International Folk Festival in Hungary, Drum Festival in Germany, World Music Festival in Rome, International Festival for Chornobyl Victims Minsk, and festivals for contemporary music in Mongolia, Odesa, Vietnam, Indonesia.
He composed a musical based on the 11th-century epic Geet Govinda by Jayadeva named Geet Govinda – The Eternal Love Song of Krishna, Kabir Tulsi and Us, Singing Strings, and Bhaskar - The Rising. Udai also composed and recorded its original music.
