He is a Managing Director with a successful track record in the entertainment sector. Market Research, Management, Marketing, Business Development, and Marketing Strategy are his specialties.

Varun is a co-founder of Republik of Musik and Ampliify Times. His team is currently working as a content curator for Balaji Telefilms and Zee5. Republik curates and strategizes content for any platform, including OTT, television, and theatres. Varun's desire to provide great artists all over the country a robust platform and his love for independent music led him to start Amplify Times.

Gupta completed his schooling at Jaswant Modern Senior Secondary School in 2000. After this, he pursued a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Brand Management from Shri Ram College of Commerce and later his Master of Business Administration in Marketing. Varun worked as a Brand Manager in Dainik Jagran for more than three years and has done different tasks like Media Sales, MIS Reporting, Business Development, Print Production, Media Tracking, Team Management, Vendor Management, Strategic Planning, Brand Equity Management, etc.
