Siddhesh Sardesai

Siddhesh Sardesai is an Indian sound editor, sound designer, re-recording engineer, electronic producer, and music producer. His nickname is Sidd. He was born & raised in the mega-metropolitan city of Mumbai, Maharashtra. He took a Bachelor of Science (B. Sc.) degree in Information Technology at the G. N Khalsa College, Matunga. He also pursued a certified course in Sound Engineering. He has immersed himself in Electronic music for over seven years. Early on, he borrowed music CDs from his friends which consisted of a mix of Electronic music and Bollywood music.

Siddhesh Sardesai was fascinated by kick drums & bass sounds, which steered him towards Electronic music and away from the famous Bollywood hits. He got inspired personally & professionally from the song “Just Be,” by DJ Tiesto, which was a turning point for him. He then decided to become a DJ, and later a producer, so that he could share his stories & passions through electronic music. In 2006, Siddhesh Sardesai started to learn the ins & outs of DJing and also became the apprentice to his teacher. He realized that DJing was the only way to express himself. He decided to begin the groundwork to produce his own tracks.

Siddhesh Sardesai’s tracks are unique with their cinematic texture and tell their own story. Eventually, his music comes together to tell the inspirational stories, which he wants to share with his city, Mumbai, and around the world. From September 2007 to February 2008, Siddhesh Sardesai worked as a customer agent/ email process at WNS Global Services. His responsibility was to client handling through email. After that, he was a research analyst at Directi for two years. He also worked as an Internet research analyst at Logpedia for two months from March 2014 to April 2014.

As an assistant re-recording mixer and sound editor, he worked at SoundIdeaz Studios for seven years.
