Hansraj Bahl was a well-known and renowned Indian music composer. Hansraj is known for his predominant contributions to the Hindi and Punjabi film industry. Bahl was born on the 19th of November in the year 1916. His place of birth is Ambala, Punjab. Hansraj was born under the zodiac sign Scorpio. Hansraj got his training in music from his guru Pandit Chunnilal. Hansraj is a motivation for many people. He also started his music school in Anarkali Bazar. There, they recorded and released songs, non-film in nature. Further, Bahl planned to venture into the Indian music industry.
In 1944, he traveled to Bombay with a determination to work as a prominent music director in the Indian cinema. Hansraj made his debut as a composer with the film Pujari. One of his massive Punjabi hit was for the film Satlij De Kadhe. Some of his popular songs are for the movies like Moti Mahal, Mud MudKe Na Dekh, Sikandar E Azam, Khamosh Sipahi, Mast Qalandar, Rustom-E-Hind, Insaaf Ka Khoon, Changez Khan, and many more. Hansraj died on the 20th of May in the year 1894.
