. She also acted in a movie called “Call Girl” with Vikram. After this film, she was offered to act as the heroine of the movie “Hare Rama Hare Krishna” in the year 1971. But she rejected the offer because she felt the character might be bold. This role, that was rejected by Zaheeda was later offered to Zeenath Aman and paved way for a great career for Zeenat Aman.
The first movie that Zaheeda actually signed was “Saajan Ki Galiyan”. But for some reason, this movie was never released. Zaheeda lived in a very big joint family in the marine drive area. Because of her family background itself a number of producers wanted to sign Zaheeda in their movies.
Some of the movies that were released later are “Teen Chor” and “Prabhat”, which were huge disappointments. Thereafter, she did not continue in the film industry. In the year 2002, she made her appearance in a Television serial called “Aamarapalli”, which was telecasted by DD 1 Channel.
