Ihana Dhillon was born in a traditional Sikh family. She after obtaining her BSc degree enrolled for Tourism and Hotel Management course in Chandigarh University. After completion of her course, she started her professional career in the same field. She then relocated to the US and there along with her job started modelling in Atlanta. Initially, it was just as a hobby but after some time, she decided to build a career in the showbiz industry.
She returned to India and appeared in numerous television commercials like Microsoft, Beta, Maruti Suzuki (Ritz), Phillips and The Radisson among others.
