Her full name is Deepika Deshpande-Amin. She kick-started her career as a theatre artist and was a part of Delhi’s famous theatre group known as “TAG.” She has worked in association with “Prime Time,” Lillete Dubey’s theatre group. In addition, she has actively participated in theatrical productions of great repute. These productions include Girish Karnad’s ‘Wedding Album’ and ‘Boiled Beans on Toast.’ She debuted as a television star in the year 1994 and starred in the serial ‘Farmaan’.
