He used to idolize the two players a lot and eventually, thought of becoming a cricketer one day. After completing his schooling though, he got into the prestigious Rashtriya Indian Military College. Joining this college, he finally had a clear career path that he will eventually end up in the armed forces. Soon after passing from RIMC, he eventually got into the NDA academy and later on in the Indian Military Academy. Even though he was in the army, he still had an artistic side to him which he always wanted to pursue.

Rudrashish was serving his time up in the LoC, soon after returning had an epiphany and made his mind up to join Bollywood. After serving the nation for seven glorious years, Rudrashish finally started auditioning and he started getting work. He did many commercials and also did some photoshoots for clothing lines.
