Rajiv kickstarted his Hindi movie career with the film Waisa Bhi Hota Hai Part 2 that got released in the year 2003. Rajiv got graduated in the field of Commerce, from the Mumbai University in the year 1998. Rajiv has no cinema background but still chose Bollywood Over his hefty paying job.

Rajeev Raj is a Hindi actor who is known for his effective acting in several movies. He began his career in the year 1998 through the flick Purani kabar, a horror film. He then took a break for a year and came back to cinema with the film Chehre Ke Peechey, in the year 2000.The film was an action masala movie and was a commercial hit. During the break, he started to lend his voice to various cartoon characters and movies. He has done the role of a voiceover artist for Hollywood cartoons such as Bugs Bunny, Asterix and Obelix, Winnie the Pooh and many more. He is known for his dubbing skills more than for his Acting skills. Rajeev is also an excellent writer cum a translator. He is the brainchild behind the various Hollywood cartoons and movies, which are dubbed in Hindi. The world famous Harry Potter series, Samurai Jack, Asterix, and Obelix were all written or translated in native language by Rajeev. Rajeev acted simultaneously in six films, namely, Dark Night, Khooni Bistar, Phir Aayegi Woh Raat, Prem Ras, Rakhail No: 01 and Shaheed E Kargil. In the year 2001. The roles he acted were also different from each other. He went on to act in movies such as Anchhuyee (2002), Yeh Kaisi Chahat Hai (2003), Dil Se Teri Yaad Na Jaye (2003), Maut Ki Dahshat (2004) and a few more. After his last film in the year 2006, Rajeev shifted to Dubbing. He had passion in the field of dubbing, equivalent to Acting. This love towards the field made him become a Dubbing Director. Rajeev has directed over five hundred foreign films and has dubbed for over a thousand episodes in a few native languages. He started out his venture, called as The Treasure Tower International, a company that translates movies. He started it along with Seema Raj, another Bollywood Actor. Rajeev Raj is also an idealistic citizen. He is a believer in Buddhism and follows it ardently. Rajeev is also a part of NGOs and helps many underprivileged people.
