Harish has the credit of working as a male child artist in several languages like Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada. He later went on to play lead roles in several films. Born on 1 August 1975, Harish has over 280 movies to his credit.Â
The movie Andhra Kesari fetched him the best child actor award, during the year 1983. He is also the receiver of Special Jury Award in the Best Actor category during the year 1996. This was for the Telugu movie Oho Naa Pellanta. Harish was busy as a grown up actor during the 80s and 90s. Harish had a brief stint with production; he produced the Hindi flick Kash.. Hamara Dil Pagal Na Hota.

was also one of the actors of this film. Harish’s performances went unnoticed in Malayalam and hence he moved to Bollywood.
Harish also worked in a couple of Tamil film like Pookal Vidum Thudel. The 1990 Telugu film Prem Qaidi, by producer D Ramanaidu, was a commercial success, and hence, Ramanaidu remade it in Hindi.
